Lifetime benefits

The Password Reset activation key and Corporate version software cannot be shared or given away to others under any circumstances. The lifetime benefits of my Corporate and Standard versions extends only to the original purchaser of the product and can not be passed on to others. Any party other than the original buyer, must purchase their own key in order to receive any benefits themselves. Your name and email address used when the original purchase was made, will be required before replacement keys or software is provided. Proof of identity may also be required if I suspect that someone other than the original purchaser is requesting replacement or other benefits. Basic version purchases can be upgraded to my Standard or Corporate versions within the 7 day use period only. After 7 days, a new purchase must be made in its entirety. No Exceptions! Password Reset is guaranteed to remove any local Windows password, or your money back. The following restrictions apply.

The computer you are resetting must be owned by you, or you must have explicit permission to be resetting the password on it.

By purchasing the activation key, you confirm that the software is compatible with your system and you are being prompted for the said key. Guarantee does not apply for claims of non booting discs or USB drives. The activation key must be purchased after verifying the CD/DVD, USB or floppy disc will boot onto your computer with the password issue and gets to the point where it is requesting you enter the key for the username you wish to reset. Do not purchase the key prior to testing it first, in order for the guarantee to be valid.

The guarantee is valid for Microsoft Windows passwords only. It will not remove any other system passwords including BIOS, hard drive or other hardware passwords. We are a Windows operating system login password removal company only. Guarantee does not apply to any password other than the Windows login password. NO EXCEPTIONS! If in doubt, please ask prior to purchasing the activation key.

I require that you contact me with any issue and allow me the simple opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve the problem first. Failure to take reasonable steps to work with me will void the guarantee. This includes being evasive to my questions, showing obvious signs of deceit or hostility, refusing to accept my offer to call you by phone, initiate a chat, or simply demanding a refund without cooperating in any manner. This kind of behavior only casts doubt on a claim.

Anyone who is locked out of their computer would reasonably want to solve their predicament, not turn away offers to help. Please understand, I am not trying to get out of honoring our guarantee, but must protect myself against users who are blatantly trying to get my product free with demands for a refund but not willing to accept any type of help whatsoever. This has happened unfortunately on several occasions. Thank you for your understanding.

The fact is Password Reset works. I've been assisting users for over 6 years, and have a proven track record of 100% success with users who verified hardware compatibility prior to purchase and their situation involved an actual forgotten password, not caused by malware or similar problems. It is very rare that my software will not work once compatibility is confirmed, and if so, it is under very certain circumstances. Because of this, I must be given the opportunity to verify any claim of it not working.

Guarantee is no longer valid once a password has been reset and you are logged into your computer locally. This also includes resetting the password in order to access the Repair Console which is getting to the c: prompt so you can run the Repair Console commands as recommended by Microsoft or other websites offering Windows repair solutions. If you are resetting the password in order to access the Repair Console, the guarantee DOES NOT apply. This is due to the possibility of secondary problems that can impede the computer from logging into the Repair Console. Purchase is done at your own risk in this case.

In cases where your issue is beyond password related and I can not help you log back in, I will give you the option of recovering your files in order to save them so you can reinstall Windows. This file back-up service replaces the password reset service and eliminates your refund option if you accept my help of file recovery. Once files are backed up with my help, no refund will be issued.

If you need access to a domain client with a cached user account, only a local user can be reset and logged into, such as Administrator. Cached network accounts must be reset via Active Directory by your network administrator.

If you have Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008 Server and are running an Active Directory domain controller, you will have local Administrator access via Directory Services Restore Mode. Further steps and software is required to remove the DC password. I do provide these files and instructions with the Corporate version. Virtual Machine installations usually require additional files and are not covered by the guarantee.

Users who wipe their hard drive and reinstall Windows without notifying me first and allowing me to troubleshoot the issue will not qualify for the guarantee.

Refunds will not be given due to claims that password was suddenly remembered before software was used, claims that software was purchased in error or for the wrong type of password such as the BIOS, or simply due to changing your mind. All sales are final in these cases.

In cases where a service technician is used to fix your issue, or the system is replaced and a refund is agreed upon, a copy of the repair order or sales invoice will be required.

Shipped version orders are not returnable unless you contact me first for help. If a return is authorized, you will be given a return authorization number. Any order returned without contacting me first and without a return authorization order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee due to the nature of this product. (software)
